Contest period: December 15-20, 2023
The purpose of this regulation is to inform about the conduct of the competition
"Catalin Botezatu Giveaway - December 2023"
initiated by SC Viggo Retail SRL, and is addressed to a certain category of participants (namely designated), representing a series of rules that must be respected in the course of this activity:
CHAPTER 1. THE ORGANIZER
The organizer of the contest " Catalin Botezatu Giveaway – December 2023" (hereinafter referred to as "The Contest ") is SC Viggo Retail SRL with registered office in Bucharest, Bd. Lascar Catargiu no. 2, room 1, sector 1, registered at the Trade Registry under No. J40/12248/2015, having Unique Registration Code RO35097861, represented by Mr. IONUT MARIN as administrator (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer")
The contest will take place under the rule of this regulation (referred to below as "Regulations") mandatory for all participants. The organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations during the Contest, but the changes will be announced to the public

CHAPTER 2. DURATION AND VENUE OF THE COMPETITION
2.1 The contest will take place online on the Instagram page, https://www.instagram.com/catalinbotezatu1/ between December 15-20, 2023
CHAPTER 3. THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
3.1 Employees of the Organizer, as well as their spouses and relatives up to the 2nd degree, do not have the right to participate in this Contest.
3.2 If the winners of the prizes are incapacitated (total or partial) due exclusively to other causes than not being at least 18 years of age on December 20, 2023, they are entitled to take possession of them through their legal guardians , who will sign on behalf of the winners the minutes of handing over and receiving them, as well as a declaration by which the Organizer is absolved of any liability arising from the awarding of the respective prize, as well as the payment of any damages or claims of any nature related to it.
3.3 The presentation of prizes may be a public event. Participation in this Contest implies the acceptance of the winners regarding the fact that their person (image), name, surname and photo, written, audio and video materials recorded by the Organizer can be made public and used to publicize the award and its association with the Viggo brand Tailoring, but only in connection with this Contest and without prejudice to their image or rights. The assignment and use by the Organizer of these materials will be done without any additional payment for the winners.
CHAPTER 4. METHOD OF RUNNING THE COMPETITION
4.1 In order to participate in the Contest, participants must cumulatively fulfill the following conditions:
- a) To follow the Instagram account @viggotailoring
- b) Post a comment tagging three people whose clothing style you admire
CHAPTER 5. COMPETITION PRIZES AND THEIR GRANTING
5.1 The prize offered by the Organizer consists of a royal blue velvet tuxedo jacket and ceremonial trousers, and its total value is a maximum of 3398 lei including VAT.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other goods/benefits.
5.2 The winner will not make any other additional payment and will not bear any additional costs, except for those provided by law.
5.3 The organizer will not bear any kind of expenses, after placing the winner in possession of the prize.
5.4 In the event that the Organizer discovers a fraud, it has the right to eliminate the participant who committed the fraud.
5.5 The winner of the prize will be announced via Later Edit on the post dedicated to the contest on the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/catalinbotezatu1/ within a maximum of 2 (ten) working days from the draw, by adding the information in the text initial Contest posts.
5.6 The winner will send a private message in the Instagram application, related to the Instagram account @viggotailoring, to receive details about entering the possession of the prize. If the winner does not contact the Organizer by December 23, 2023, the Organizer will contact the first reserve drawn. If the latter cannot be contacted by the Organizer and will not contact the Organizer until December 24, 2023, the Organizer will no longer offer the prize.
CHAPTER 6 – DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER
6.1 The draw will be carried out on December 21, 2022, through the random.org platform
6.2 During the draw, in addition to the potential winner drawn, a reserve participant will also be drawn.
CHAPTER 7 – FEES AND RELATED TAXES
7.1 The Organizer of the Competition will transfer to the state budget the withholding tax, applicable to individual incomes from promotional campaigns, according to the provisions of Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code.
7.2 The organizer is not responsible for other fees, taxes, financial obligations related to the prize offered, these being the responsibility of the winner.
CHAPTER 8 – DISPUTES
8.1 Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Contest participants will be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled in the competent Romanian courts at the Organizer's headquarters.
CHAPTER 9 – LIABILITY
9.1 The organizer does not assume responsibility for:
- a) The organizer of this Contest does not assume responsibility in case the winner does not react to his announcement on the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/catalinbotezatu1/ or as a result of the defective or non-functioning of the applications used by the participants (software and /or hardware).
- b) The prize will not be handed to the winner in case of non-existent, false or incorrect identification data communicated during registration;
- d) The responsibility of the campaign endorser, Catalin Botezatu, is limited to the publication of the Contest on the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/catalinbotezatu1/ , without having any responsibility in the organization of the Contest.
CHAPTER 10 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1 The data are protected according to the legislation in force for the confidentiality and security of data processing.
10.2 By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree that their personal data will be processed for the purpose and for the duration necessary to organize and run the Contest.
The Contest participant as the data subject has, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the following rights: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to deletion, the right to restriction, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data
