This page describes the policy of Viggo Retail SRL and its partners (Viggo Uomo SRL, Viggo Men SRL) regarding personal data.

  1. What information do we collect and by what means?
    Personal data is personal information such as name, surname, e-mail, telephone, address, date of birth, image, clothing measurements, signature, personal identification number, bank details, etc.
    The FitAp application collects personal information such as name, surname, height, weight, age, photos with the face covered.
    Customers/users can provide this personal data to Viggo through communication made during purchases/returns or events they participate in, by creating an online account on the site, by subscribing to the newsletter, by submitting an application, by a message sent to the Viggo team, through the "Contact" page of the site or through facebook.com/viggotailoring and instagram.com/viggotailoring.
    Users/customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, up-to-date data that does not harm the interests of third parties. The mandatory or optional nature will be mentioned on a case-by-case basis, without compelling users/customers to communicate their personal data to Viggo.
    At the same time, Viggo may collect data that is automatically processed through the use of our services, for example technical data such as IP address or data obtained through cookies (more details in the Cookies policy).
  2. Legal basis for processing
    By placing an online order, contacting us to request information or purchasing products sold on the viggo-tailoring.com website, we may request your personal data, the processing of which is done for contractual and legal purposes.
    According to GDPR, starting with May 25, 2018, your consent is not required if the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or in legitimate interest.
    3. Purpose of data processing operations and granting consent
    The purpose of data collection by Viggo is to:
    -informing customers about their account status, including validating, shipping and invoicing orders, resolving cancellations or problems of any kind relating to an order, the goods and/or services purchased; managing customer relationships (fashion advice, product reservations, etc.); sending newsletters and/or periodic notifications via SMS or e-mail; market research, tracking and monitoring sales and customer behavior; ensuring a better browsing experience; analyzing applications for available positions.
    Obtaining consent
    When you provide us with personal information to complete an order on the site or to return a purchase, you agree that we collect and process the data and use it only for this reason. If you do not complete the required fields, we will not be able to respond to your requests.
    If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing campaigns or market research, we will directly ask for your expressed consent or provide you with the opportunity to refuse.
    Withdrawal of consent
    If you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for the continued collection, use or transfer of your information to third parties at any time by contacting us at customer@viggo-tailoring.com.
    4. Who has access to your information?
    The data collected is intended for the teams responsible for customer relationship management and marketing activities, as well as authorized store personnel. In order to ensure a standard level of service across the network, personal data may be communicated to Viggo franchise partners, respecting an adequate level of protection according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
    Viggo will only transfer your personal data to a third party in the following situations:
    - when you have given your prior consent
    - if in order to provide you with the requested product/service, it must communicate this information to a third party, for example for storing the order on the online platform, for courier services (DHL, Sameday, TNT, UPS, FAN courier, Urgent Cargus, DPD, Nemo Express), for hosting services, for IT services, for ERP solutions, for online payment solutions (mobilPay) or in installments.
    - to propose offers tailored to your interests through advertising providers and agencies, with your consent.
    - at the request of authorized judicial and administrative authorities
    In general, the third-party providers we work with will collect and use your information only to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide. Certain service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide for purchase-related transactions. Therefore, we recommend that you read their privacy policies to understand how your personal data will be handled by these providers.
    Information related to your bank details is not stored by Viggo, but is processed directly by the Mobilpay payment processor, applying maximum security rules.
    5. How can your personal data be deleted or modified?
    Your personal data is retained for 10 years from the last contact with our company or until you express your desire to be deleted from the Viggo database, to the extent that there is no legal basis for further archiving.
    If you would like to access, correct, amend or delete the personal information we have about you, please send a message to the email address customer@viggo-tailoring.com.
    At any time you can exercise your rights conferred by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including the right to be forgotten, the right to data portability and the right to restriction of processing.
    6. How do we ensure the protection of your personal data?
    Viggo has made every effort to implement technical and organizational measures to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal data. Their purpose is to prevent the risk of personal data being accessed, destroyed or stolen by unauthorized third parties.
    When entering your password, please make sure that your browser indicates (usually via a padlock or other icon) that you are on a secure connection and that you are connected to an address on the Viggo website.

8. Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy and we recommend that you review it regularly. Changes will be announced on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication on the site.
The privacy policy applies to all information you transmit or that we collect based on your browsing on the viggo-tailoring.com website, respectively through Social Media pages.
