"Your Groom's Attire" Contest Regulations
The purpose of this regulation is to inform about the conduct of the Contest initiated by the Organizer, representing a series of rules that must be respected in the course of this activity:
CHAPTER 1. ORGANIZER
1.1 The organizer of the "Tinuta ta de mire Viggo" Contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is VIGGO RETAIL SRL, with registered office in Bd. Lascar Catargiu no. 2, room 2, sector 1, Bucharest, registered at the Trade Registry under no. J40/12248/2015, having Unique Registration Code RO35097861, having a bank account opened at Banca Transilvania, IBAN (Ron): RO82BTRLRONCRT0320424101, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", represented by Mr. Ionut Marin as administrator
1.2 The contest will take place according to the present regulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"), which is mandatory for all participants. The organizer reserves the right to modify the Regulations during the Contest, but not before notifying the public. 1.3 In order to inform the public, the Regulation is drawn up and is available, at any time and free of charge, to any interested person, by accessing the website https://viggo-tailoring.com/ as well as in printed format at the Organizer's headquarters and in the Viggo stand at the Mariage Fest Fair from 25-27.03.22 (Palatul Parlamentului, Bucharest), being available for the entire duration of the Competition.
CHAPTER 2. DURATION AND VENUE OF THE COMPETITION
2.1. The competition will take place between 25.03.2022 at 12.00 and 27.03.2022 at 15.00 in the Viggo stand at the "Mariage Fest Fair" in the Bucharest Parliament Palace.
CHAPTER 3. THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AND MEMBERS OF THE JURY
3.1. All natural persons with Romanian citizenship, regardless of whether they are domiciled in Romania or not, visitors to the Viggo stand, over 18 years of age, can participate in the Contest, with the exception of employees and first-degree relatives of the organizers.
3.2. Participation in the Competition implies full, express and unequivocal knowledge and acceptance of these Regulations.
CHAPTER 4. METHOD OF RUNNING THE COMPETITION
4.1. The contest will take place according to point 2.1.
4.2. Registration for the contest will take place between 25.03.2022 at 12.00 and 27.03.2022 at 15.00 at the Viggo stand at the "Mariage Fest Fair" in the Bucharest Parliament Palace.
4.3. To register for the contest, participants must fill out a raffle ticket with their contact details and then insert this ticket into the contest box.
4.4. Each participant has the right to register for the raffle once.
CHAPTER 5. COMPETITION PRIZES AND THEIR GRANTING
5.1. The draw will take place on 27.03.2022 at 15.00 in the presence of a committee made up of 3 people: 2 people from the Contest Organizer's team and one person from the "Mariage Fest Fair" Bucharest organizer. The drawing committee will nominate a member who will carry out the random drawing of the winning ticket and two reserve tickets. The organizer will use the reserve coupons in case the winners, in the order of the draw, do not meet the validation conditions or do not answer the calls in order to award the prize.
5.2. The winner will be announced at the time of the draw and later on the website https://viggo-tailoring.com/. By participating in the Contest, the participants give their express consent for the Organizer to use their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation to make the winner public. Thus, the name and surname of the designated winner will be published on the official website https://viggo-tailoring.com/.
5.3. The winner will be contacted by phone within a maximum of 24 hours after the draw in order to deliver the won prize. To be validated, the winner must answer the call within 48 hours of being contacted. Where appropriate, reserve winners will be designated in the order of their classification, following the same validation procedure
5.4. As part of the "Your Viggo Groom's Attire" Contest, the Organizer offers as a prize a voucher worth 4000 lei, valid for the purchase of Viggo ceremony items at full price.
5.5. The winner cannot claim the value, refund or exchange of the prize under any circumstances. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
5.6. The winner loses the right to receive the prize if he/she provides false information, if he/she has not fully filled out the data on the coupon, if he/she does not comply with these regulations or if there is evidence of an attempted fraud.
CHAPTER 6 - FEES AND RELATED TAXES
6.1. The winner will bear the tax related to the income from the prizes in accordance with the provisions of art. 109 and art. 110 of Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code. The organizer is responsible for calculating, withholding and paying the tax from the prizes. The prize tax withheld from each individual beneficiary will be calculated by applying a percentage of 10% on the difference between the value of the prize and the non-taxable amount of 600 lei.
6.2. The winner will benefit from the items specified in art. 5.4. with the condition of cash or card payment of the prize tax.
6.3 By simply participating in the Contest, the winners declare that they agree with the taxation mechanism applied by the Organizer.
6.4. Any other obligations of a fiscal nature or of any other nature, in connection with these, are the exclusive responsibility of the winners.
CHAPTER 7 - DISPUTES
7.1. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Contest participants will be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled in the competent Romanian courts at the Organizer's headquarters.
CHAPTER 8 - LIABILITY
8.1 The Organizer and its partners are entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the Contest mechanism, abuse or any other fraudulent attempts that could affect the image of the companies involved, the Organizer or the correct functioning of the Contest.
CHAPTER 9 - PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
9.1 In order to protect the confidentiality of the participants, the Organizer undertakes to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
At any time, participants can exercise their rights conferred by the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to be forgotten, the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing. You can choose to delete or update your personal data by sending an email to info@viggo-tailoring.com.
CHAPTER 10. TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION
10.1. This Contest ends on the date stated in the regulations, but it can also end in the event of an event that constitutes force majeure, a fortuitous event, according to the legislation in force, including in the case of the Organizer's impossibility, for reasons independent of his will, to continue this Contest.
10.2. The competition can end before the deadline by the Organizer's decision, with prior announcement to the public.
CHAPTER 11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to the provisions of these Regulations. The organizer reserves the right to modify these Regulations whenever necessary, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, through annexes to these Regulations.
11.2. According to the free decision of the Organizer, the Contest may be publicized for the purpose of informing the public, including through advertising and/or informative materials. The information that such materials may contain will be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.
