After you have completed the Return Form, you will receive an email containing the details of your return and the address to which you must send it. Please check your Inbox and Spam.
2. Make sure that the returned product meets the conditions of the Return Policy. Properly pack the product and the invoice in a sealed box with scotch tape.
3. Place the pickup order with any courier company. It is not mandatory to use the same courier company that initially delivered your package. Provide the courier company with the address to which you send the return.
Please remember: return parcels sent through the Romanian Post service will not be accepted, nor parcels with cash on delivery.
4. You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your return (usually 1-2 working days from the time of shipment).
During the Black Month campaign, the product exchange option is not available.
To order another size, please place a new order.
To return a product, please fill out the return form.
You can exchange a purchased product for another size.
If you want a different product than the one originally ordered, please return it and place a new order for the desired product.

Select the EXCHANGE option - I want another size and choose the desired size.

Refunds for a returned product can be made by:
- eVoucher . After we have received your return, we will send you a Viggo eVoucher by email that you can use for another order. The eVoucher contains a unique code and can be used exclusively online.
To place a new order using eVoucher, you must enter its code at the Checkout/Payment step. The new order can have a value lower, equal or higher than the value of the eVoucher. If the new order has a lower value, you will be able to use the same eVoucher several times, until the amount is used up. If the new order has a value greater than the eVoucher, you will be able to pay the difference in cash or online - by credit card.
- Reimbursement using the original payment method
Online, by card. If you paid for the order using the Online-by-card payment method, we will refund your money online, to your card.
In the bank account. If you paid for the order using the cash on delivery payment method, we will refund the money to your bank account. Please fill in the account data (Name, IBAN) in the Return Form / Customer Notes.
The time of repayment of money
Reimbursement by eVoucher - within 24 hours of receiving your return, we will issue you an eVoucher corresponding to the value of the returned product(s).
Reimbursement of money online - on the card or in the bank account - within a maximum of 14 working days we will make the transfer corresponding to the value of the returned product(s).
9. Reimbursement of transport expenses
The cost of delivery/return of a product is borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed in case of a return. The refunded amount will include exclusively the price of the returned product.
The cost of transport related to a return or exchange of products is borne by the customer. It will not be refunded in case of a return. The refunded amount will include exclusively the price of the returned product.
At the moment we cannot offer the return or exchange option in Viggo stores.
To return or exchange a product purchased online, please follow the online return procedure.
1. You can return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
2. All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with protective packaging and all Viggo labels attached. This includes protective covers, hangers (if applicable to the order).
Shoes and bags: they are returned together with the original box and protective bag (if applicable). Try the shoes on a clean surface or carpet to protect the sole.
We reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear, if it has been used or is no longer in its original condition. In this case, the product can be re-shipped to your address and we will not issue a refund.
3. The package must include the invoice you received with your order.
4. Delayed returns
The product(s) must be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt. Returns outside this time period can be accepted at Viggo's discretion and refunds can be made exclusively via Store credit / eVoucher.
5. Defective products
Viggo products are of premium quality and are carefully checked before being shipped to you. If an error did occur and you received a defective product, please complete the Return Form and choose the Defective product option. We will replace your product (within its availability). The transport costs related to the exchange will be borne by Viggo.
6. Return/exchange costs
The costs related to the return/exchange of products are borne by the customer, unless you received a defective product or a product other than the one ordered. In this case, we will replace your product free of charge.
7. Refund of money
You have two methods of refund for a returned product(s):
- eVoucher . After we have received your return, we will send you a Viggo eVoucher by email that you can use for another order. The eVoucher contains a unique code and can be used exclusively online.
