Return policy
The right to withdraw from the contract
"Withdrawal from the contract" refers to your legal right to cancel the order placed by returning the goods. This aspect is regulated by the legislation in force, Emergency Ordinance no. 34 / 2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts. You can benefit from this legal right if the conditions below are met:
The return can be made within 14 calendar days from the date you took possession of the order, without having to justify the withdrawal decision. In this case, please inform us of your decision by sending an e-mail to shop@viggo-tailoring.com and/or by phone at the number: 0784.377.114 Customer Relations Department. To carry out the return procedure, it is mandatory to fill out the return form received together with the products. Please make sure that when filling out this form you provide us with the following information correctly and completely:
(i) The reason for returning the goods, if you wish to enter it ("Return Reason");
(ii) The IBAN account to which we will transfer the value of the returned goods, the Bank where the account is opened, the name of the bank account holder;
(iii) Your signature and date of completion at the bottom of the document;
We would like to warn you that returning products to Viggo Retail SRL unaccompanied by a correctly completed and legible return form, or failure to fill in all the requested information, may cause delays in the processing time of your return, respectively the reimbursement of the product value.
a) If you return a pair of shoes, they must be packed in their original box. If the object of the return is an article of clothing or an accessory, they must be accompanied by the original labels of the manufacturer. If the item of clothing you are returning also includes an accessory (example: a jacket that also includes a handkerchief), please send them both, as they were originally delivered. Both the products and the original packaging must be returned at the level of quality at which they were received, without having sustained further damage or without being worn.
Very important: in order to comply with the requirements of the return procedure, please keep both the original packaging and labels of the products, as well as the documents that accompanied the order (invoice and return form) for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, for the eventuality that, subsequently, during this time interval, you decide to return the goods.
b) Insert the invoice and the return form in the box containing the product to be returned, packed according to the above requirements. Seal the package well.
c) The delivery costs of product returns are borne by you, returns can be made when: the size of the product was chosen incorrectly, you changed your mind regarding the choice made (model, color, product) or you were not found at the address you provided.
d) The restitution of the value of the goods returned by you is made within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to return the goods. The refund is made by transferring it to the account indicated by you in the return form, within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
e) If you request to replace the returned product with another one or with a different size, please specify in the return form the code of the product you want to replace with and the desired size.
f) The return can be made by any courier company, with the exception of the Romanian Post. Returns sent via the Romanian Post will not be accepted. In this case, the return package will be refused. Also, return parcels with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
